FAQ
Do you have a preference for a picture pen setup?
Absolutely, the picture pen can make or break an easy, stress free picture day. After you book we will chat about what an ideal picture pen looks like and what homework you need to do prior to the big day!
How far in advance of my sale should I book livestock photos?
The sooner the better! Catalogue deadlines creep up quickly, and the weather is not always cooperative when we need it to be. Having lots of time prior to sale day deadlines to accomplish photos and videos helps me create marketing visuals for you that are of the BEST quality!
What should we wear for great photos?
The answer to this question definitely depends on a few factors. The season of the session, location, weather, and how you want the photos to look! I will provide advice on what I think you should wear if you'd like, but neutral colours always look best on camera. I also encourage you wear something that is comfortable and represents you best!
Do you charge a travel fee?
For any location 50 km outside of Guelph or the Kawartha Lakes area, I do charge a travel fee to cover my travel expenses. If you would like more details about this, don't hesitate to ask!
Do you edit all of the photos?
All photos are professionally edited unless you specify that you do not want any retouching (although I highly recommend it). Additional touch ups to specific images are also available upon request.
How do you deliver the finished photos and how soon will I see them?
All edited images are provided in a private online gallery and are available for download from that platform. A sneak peak of the photos will be sent to you within a couple days of the session, and within 2-3 weeks the final gallery will be uploaded. If you require a quicker turnaround time, please specify this when booking.
Do you only do sessions with an agriculture theme?
Absolutely not! I am completely open to any location and any style of session you can dream of. If you love my style, I'm so glad you're here! Send me a message to get the planning started.
